3.3 Pricing Changes

We may modify subscription fees, but we will provide advance notice before any price change becomes effective. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that time.

4.2 Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused features. However, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit where we believe it is appropriate (e.g., in case of service disruptions or billing errors).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at support@viewlett.com within 14 days of the billing date. Requests made after this period may not be honored.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Availability and Support

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In no event will Viewlett be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
